All SmallLCD.co.uk orders over £100 are sent via the courier company UK Mail. Orders under £100 will be sent via Royal Mail.

How Long You Should Expect For Your Goods To Arrive

All orders placed from SmallLCD.co.uk website before 12PM will be processed and dispatched that day for next working day delivery.  Orders placed after that time will be processed the following working day.  All providing that no additional security checks are required and the goods are available.  (A working day is any day other than weekends, bank holidays or other public holidays.)

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched the following working day.

Delivery of your order will arrive within 1-2 working days from the date of placing your order. (Unless otherwise stated)

UK Mail delivery times are between Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.

What Happens Once You Place Your Order
 
Upon your order being placed, you will receive an email from us informing you that your goods have been dispatched and given to UK Mail.

When you receive the goods you will be asked to sign for them.  If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse delivery.  If you are unable to check the contents of the delivery at the delivery point then please sign for the goods as "unchecked".  Failure to do so may affect any warranty or return claims that you make thereafter.

During seasonal peaks such as Christmas, Valentines, Father's Day, Mother's Day there may be a small delay in the dispatch of your order, but we will always keep you updated and increase our dispatch system to reduce the risk of this occuring.
