Order Cancelled Before Delivery Of Goods

If you cancel your order before your goods are dispatched (which will usually be within 24 hours of the time when the order was placed) you will be entitled to a full refund of the price and delivery costs (or if only part of your order is cancelled, that part of the price and delivery costs that relates to the cancelled part of the order will be refunded).
 
Return Of Goods

You have 14 days from the day the order is received to cancel and return your order by contacting our returns department which are contactable on the Contact Us page, and choose the 'Returns' category.  Here you will be able to inform us what product you would like to return and also explain your reason for the this.  Once this is done a member of our team will get in contact with you to inform you of the status of your return request and provide you with all the relevant details.  Notification by telephone is not sufficient.

If you do not contact us or return your order within the 14 day period the 14 day money back guarantee will not apply.  Any returns received without any prior notification are not eligible for a refund and SmallLCD.co.uk will not refund you any money.

You will be liable for any costs involved in returning the goods to SmallLCD.co.uk if you cancel your order or return a product.

If you fail to return the goods to SmallLCD.co.uk within 7 days of the date of cancellation, SmallLCD.co.uk will be entitled to recover the goods and deduct the cost of doing so from any monies owed to you.
 
SmallLCD.co.uk will refund any monies paid by you for the products purchased (not the delivery charge) as soon as possible but no later than 30 days from the date of notice of cancellation.  The refund shall be made by the same method as payment.
 
Damage caused to any returned goods which is due to faulty packaging is the responsibility of you and SmallLCD.co.uk will not refund you any money.

Returns Of Defect Or Faulty Goods

Any faults or defects of the goods supplied by SmallLCD.co.uk are warranted free for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). 
 
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery you should notify SmallLCD.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery via our Contact Us page, and choose the 'Returns' category.  Here you will be able to inform us what has happened.  Once this is complete a member of our team will get in contact with you to inform you of the status of your return request.
 
If the goods supplied develop a fault or defect while under SmallLCD.co.uk warranty (after the 48 hour period) SmallLCD.co.uk should be contacted immediately via the same means as above.

What Method To Use For Returning Faulty Or Defective Goods

When returning a faulty or defective product you will need to send it back via Royal Mail as our address is a PO Box address and courier companies can not deliver to PO Box addresses.

We recommend that you use recorded delivery and that you take appropriate insurance against loss or damage of goods in transit.
